Barre Classes are the newest craze in the fitness community. Barre is an exciting and poised way to get you into the best shape of your life. Our Barre group exercise program will help you sculpt long, lean muscles.

This program combines the elegance and grace of ballet, the focus and intensity of pilates and the serenity and concentration of yoga. The Barre program works out every part of your body while maintaining diversity in the workout, so each class is a new and challenging experience.

Our instructors are all friendly and positive, encouraging you to challenge yourself and have fun simultaneously. All Barre classes require pre-registration, but are included with your Club Membership.
